We recover mineral byproduct and processing residue in the Kisii–Nyamira belt, grade it in the county, and build the record that lets it be sold formally.
01 — The proposition

Material is recovered, screened and assessed in the Kisii–Nyamira belt by women who have handled it for years. The labour, the skill and the knowledge of the ground are already here.

Weights are estimated. Grades are asserted by whoever is paying. Sacks leave at the roadside and no document says they existed. Work that leaves no trace cannot be bought by a buyer who must account for its inputs.

A lot with a weight, a grade, an origin and a named handler can be assessed by a buyer, priced against a specification, and paid for by calculation. That record is the product.
02 — The line

Material is lifted from stockpiles and processing residue, by hand, under agreed access.

It is screened into size fractions and assessed for composition and moisture.

Each lot is given an identity at the point of recovery, and keeps it.

Payment is made against a recorded weight and grade, not a negotiation over a sack.

Graded material moves to a prospective industrial user as a specified input.

Note 01
Waste is a legal classification with consequences attached, not a synonym for material somebody has finished with, and which word applies decides who may lawfully handle a consignment.
Note 02
A buyer's purchasing decision is a compliance decision, and the three questions it has to answer about any consignment are all questions about documents rather than about material.

Grading is the work of turning a variable heap into a described product with a stated tolerance, and it is a skilled judgement rather than a sorting chore.
